Each appointment is unique. The length of time it will take is determined by a number of factors: the number of questions to be answered, the space available to setup our portable photo studio, the numbe of items being sold, etc. With that said, the average time is one hour. |

Typically, you will receive a check approximately 30-45 days from the appointment date. Please understand that winning bidders who delay making payment, or in some cases never pay at all, will affect our timing for sending you a check. In the event the winning bidder never pays, we will re-list your item for free! |
Please understand that we do not guarantee that everything we list will sell. The sell of an item is dependent on the condition of the item, the timing of the listing and most importantly, PRICE! If your item never sells it may be best to consider donating it and taking the tax break (if applicable). |
We charge a flat fee for listing your item ($15 + ebay's listing fee). We also collect a modest commission on all items that complete the sell process (usually 20%). This covers our cost for photographing, listing, payment collection, customer service and packing/shipping. |
A garage sale may be the best method for selling bulk items (furniture, gas powered yard equipment, really heavy things (120 pounds or more), etc. Keep in mind that a garage sale may attract upwards of 200 people in a given weekend, if properly advertised. Ebay opens the door to about 125,000,000 people. The math is simple, more people = great chance for a sale and higher prices! |
